When we work for an organization, more often than not, we find ourselves operating with fear. This fear may have its roots anywhere but it usually entails to thinking
“What will happen if…”
I created an office situation in below illustrations which highlight (in red) this line of thought and its repercussions- which usually translates to lowered smartness. Rather, if you read my other blog posts or Quora answers (which has a great example of getting things done by those who do government jobs), and follow my repeatedly mentioned advice of making little acts of courage, you will eliminate your fears as highlighted (in green) and emerge a smart person. Not just in office, but overall.
